If you have joined a Athletics NSW club before, you need to join up under a RETURNING MEMBER
Hi everyone,
Coastal Track and Trail Runners are affiliated with Athletics NSW again.
We are not a traditional club, we are a Specialist Member Organisation affiliated with Athletics NSW. We sit in Athletics NSW as a Recreational Run Group. What this means for renewing members/crew of CTTR and new CTTR members/crew is, that you now will have National Insurance Coverage - Personal Accident and Injury Insurance to cover any out of pocket medical expenses associated with any injury sustained whilst training or competing under the Athletic NSW National Insurance Plan. (conditions apply, ring ANSW for a product disclosure statement).
You will still get all the perks from before. Renewing members will know what these perks are. Also they can be found on the 'ABOUT US' page on our Athletics page and our website https://www.coastaltrackandtrailrunners.com.au/
This will make running CTTR much easier and let us then focus on training you and organising events for you to race and volunteer at.
-
We can only have adults as Community Members now from 18+ (children have to be a member of a Junior Athletics Club. As we are classed as a Recreational Run Group, NO juniors at this stage are able to join a Recreational Run Group. Must be 18+).
Let's tell you about CTTR:
You will see we have a number of coaches which you can utilize while a member of CTTR. We are here to help you improve your running. CTTR is mostly about track and trails but we still all run paths and tar to train and race. So if you are looking for a crew/group of awesome people who love hanging out to train, race, volunteer and just love hanging in nature and a having a good banter together running/ walking, then CTTR is the crew for you. We are a trail family.
Athletics NSW season 2025-2026 is open on 1st August to NEW MEMBERS wanting to join CTTR and RENEWING MEMBER. We have lots of awesome things still going to happen in 2025 and exciting things in 2026. We would love for you all to be apart of our CTTR family.
